Thought that might come up. The base number of shares at the top left of the sheet was for last Jan, sorry the column width seems to have cut that information off, I should have noticed. That number includes unlisted management options in the money at the time and a cash provision was made for their exercise.

The higher share numbers displayed in bold as Shares (m) on the posted sheet are the numbers generated by the sheet for next April after the drilling of the first three wells and with provision for further share issues as explained in my response to OOO.

The current pre- drill pre SNE result post issue numbers are on the November 330 2c post issue status sheet which I have not posted and amount to 3755 million. That number includes currently outstanding unlisted May 2016 management options of 62m and a cash provision has been made for their presumed future exercise.

I have not included the outstanding unlisted 68m 2018 new option issue as that has not yet vested.
