Time to start a new thread to get way from the whinging and wining (myself included) and just stick to seeing if we can get a simple message across to this management.

Its easy.

If you agree with this threads sentiment then write down what reduction of management and what paycut you would like to see the remainder take in these most dire circumstances.

Bearing in mind most of their current workload will be applied to trying to actually save what remains of our "world class asset" and the funds from the last capital raising.

I would easily imagine any work plans for Gambia exploration and JV Sangomar development wont be being worked on, neither will most of the other functions of the office. It is no longer work as normal. A great deal of Australians who, if lucky, still have a job will be mostly working from home with reduced income. Time for FAR management to show some mettle. There is a huge amount of fat on this companies management that can be cut away before getting to any real meat.

Keep it simple with just a reply in the form of a percentage number. Best not to have any conversation around it. Lets see if anybody at the office actually does look at Hot Copper. Lets see if we can get as many replies as possible. Have a go everyone. I'll start;
