    Best result from here IMO is FAR scrip merge at a reasonable premium into WPL shares or FAR sell SNE and then return 80% of cash to shareholders.

    I do not want to see current management sell SNE and keep most of the sale proceeds and the current cash balance in the bank to do something with. Past history shows nothing good will come from that.
