Hi Harry, its looking increasingly difficult for FAR, given such a time delay with the extension,I previously commented that there are problems with the politics in respect to Senegal.There is no guarantee that Wade can be re elected president unless there are some constitutional changes.The 5m surety maybe not enough grease.The very fact that ME isvery quiet about devolpments with the Sengalese govt, suggests to me that he knows something unsavoury, but is reluctant to disclose.
I am not sure that Flow is the way to go,I guess I will hold position for a little longer, however i am becoming increasingly disillusioned.
