Gee what about the issue of trading while insolvent. That is AED not being able to pay debts as they become due.
I thought some drilling company was claiming that they were not being paid with around $41 million invoiced.
The Directors become personally responsible for the debts incurred post insolvent trading.
The AED response to the ASX was somewhat opaque on this matter.
There may be a rabbit but where is the hat.
