indeed. it would do well to remember the example of pasminco. the shareholders got nothing and even had to wait an interminable time to be able even to claim their tax loss. the banks refloated and renamed the company zinifex. which is not doing too badly at the moment. but as for the original shareholders, too bad. or do i misremember history??
