I'd say there's lots of negotiations going as we speak, desperately trying to find a white knight to not only pay off the creditor, but also buy into the project and pay off some the bank debt.
I think if they cannot find a farmin partner it looks all over?
Marksman, I know what your going through, I once held shares in a company that very quickly went belly up when the managements called in a adminstrator, trying to save the company from legal action??? .. needless to say he gutted the company very well, partly paid off the creditors with what was left, paid himself a very very nice salary, management vanished and shareholders were left holding a huge hole. Shareholders couldn't even claim the loss because the company was still active but delisted. It was a huge MESS!!
Shareholders are nothing but sheep according to the Australian corporate law.
