Hi szaba. How do you know they offered the deal to the other partners? I would suggest that this is not the case at all, that's what the preemption period is for. I think from FAR's reaction, or lack there of, on the morning WPl made their announcement would suggest FAR were completely blindsided by the deal. IMO DB
