KKW - Sorry mate, I probably could have worded that better. I wasn't indicating that 'mediation' is just over half way - because I don't even know if mediation has occurred - or if it failed from the get go. What I was saying is, the 'time frame for mediation' has apparently now passed over the half way point, so I would imagine approximately 5 weeks until the final mediation deadline is reached, however, if an agreement is made before that time then I would imagine something would need to be announced.
