It also increases the chances of Senegal realising their full tax entitlement for the sale of the asset something that I am convinced the opposition would jump on if not achieved. IMO
No wonder FAR are considered a trusted JV partner by the Senegal, their loyalty has been proven many times in the past.
This cosy relationship FAR have with Senegal will be fully understood by all JV partners and it may also explain the reason why FAR are being given the mushroom treatment by COP with regard to the WPL deal. IMO
Let's hope negotiations are still ongoing and that we do not have to wait until the end of the 90 day mediation period, only to be informed that no progress has been made.
