Kemp the details of CR's are usually known early because some here will be getting calls from brokers, as it becomes general knowledge very quickly they institute a TH .
In all cases I can recall and there have been many, the facts on placements were spot on....there is no gain from any poster putting out false info the stocks not trading...
There is more than a good chance pro active investors will put out a notice today...
