I hope you are right but I suspect that it is a bit of a stretch to think that someone might hold off selling their shares because they will get the chance to buy another 1/17th more shares 1 cent cheaper at 8 cents (compared to the last trade at 9.0). In the meantime the value of their current holding which is 17 times larger will have most likley gone down by 1 cent . Those maths don't add up'm afraid!
What you say might apply to the sophs who took the last placement at 11 cents though and the current insto holders. So most of the selling pressure will be from short-term traders, and most likley shorter.
