It will be interesting to see if an upward spike occurs once the TOR are being announced. Not that this would be a solitary announcement in the next few months. I guess it is difficult to shift something which has been idling for so long. Very likely needs the smell of an unsolicited left approach to stimulate the senses. Comfortable that our trajectory is upward.
