If the operator goes with a FPSO as the production facility, then I doubt they will build an oil pipeline to shore as well as it doesn't make economic sense. They might build a gas pipeline to shore dependant on the field GOR as part of a phased development if they have excess produced gas that can't be re-injected, used for gas lift (if needed), fuel gas etc. If any of the funding comes from the IFC (as mentioned by another poster), then, from my experience, part of the loan terms will include stringent emissions targets, community development / social responsibility etc. and these requirements will influence how the field is developed.
