100 % agree with your post. Farm out of A2 will move the SP and the magnitude of the movement will be subject to a number of factors such as % farmed out/ % retained, any cash paid to FAR, number of agreed wells and/ or amount of free carry, who is the partner, market at the time, OP, etc.
