Mike a field is either commercial or it isn't, if as you say and I agree that the JV know it's commercial (they have already stated that it can flow at commercial rates and is economic at todays prices) then it will be developed ...

This field will be developed on the knowledge that it can make money at todays prices (which as mentioned above has been established already ) with the expectation of higher oil prices between 2020 and the end of the fields life...oil Companies have to work on expectations not givens..

Todays prices are a massive incentive not a hindrance, they provide much cheaper development costs...this is the perfect time to throw money at a project as promising as this one...oil companies think ahead and in very long time frames in stark contrast to HC punters....
