GO the fact no one can quote a 2c resource sale value can be a half empty/half full one as it may suggest that not a lot has come on the market in this locality and with that the opportunity to set the value of plus/minus the going rate. I am not sure your onshore Aus one you quoted is like for like as no details of licensing, resource/reserve size, access to market, infrastructure etc etc but any and all referenced factual data is good to have posted as it keeps posters amused for hours
