I just had a look at the cost of Semisubmersible and Jack up rigs. Semisub ~ 277k Au per day or 8.3 million for 30 days... should be quicker to drill than a SNE well. Jack up rig max water depth of 400 ft ~ 112k Au per day or 3.4 million for 30 days. I realise you would have to add support craft. DB
