The MD of PCL did a wonderful job of talking up their chances of success on their Cormorant well. So much so that it went all the way from 0.003 to over a cent. Everyone kept saying how good a job he did talking up the company and keeping investors informed. Everyone believed they were on a sure thing. They were so well informed, all references to the COS (15%) was removed from their publications and I had to go looking on Tullows Web site for the info. 2 days before the trading halt on results, he sold out his options pocketing a quarter million before the duster announcement..
I prefer the way FAR handles things but that's just me.
