I agree RDL, acceleration equals safety in my experience. I also drive a V8 so its the performance of EVs that exite me, rarely do more than 30km per day in the city so range is a non issue. Want to shoot myself evertime i have to drive the kids around in my wifes V6 wagaon asrrghhh!
EVs will be no different to ICE in they will be tailored to the different requirements of the end user be it performance, economy, range etc. Just like we previosly had a 50cc lawnmover - 800hp Mack prime mover now is a 36v lawnmover to a 800v Nikola prime mover

Incidently the Nikola has a 30t haulage capacity which im sure will trickle down to 4WDs in due time so towing a 3t caravan shouldnt be an issue.
Im sure there will heavy duty long range landcuisers/f250s out there will 200 -300kw battery packs before we know it ...... Worst cast scenario through a petrol generator/ range extender in the tray lol
