well lets face it.... he's been sucking on the Gov teat for too long, maybe never learned to control his spending as he can control his gob, even though his feet keep wondering dangerously close and even diving into his gib occasionally, much like our last PM.
is he bankrupt? has he had some legal charges of late? why would the banks decline him if they thought he was a good risk?
