It took me some time to actually work it all out, but if you read the notice carefully starting on p13 where the big numbers are, it does all work out and agress with the schedule that is includes at the end.

If you add up the number after the 14,486,600 which is i think 5 lines you will come up to that total.

Then the 12,071,950 shows up twice but is actaully only one transaction.

So you add 14,486,600 to the 12,071,950 and you get 26,558,550 shares all done at US$8.10 (as was pointed out above)
