    QBL was suspended on the last day of October, and we are now into the third week of a suspension. I hold a small position and am very disappointed with the ongoing suspension. How do you avoid compliance for three weeks????? no quarterly, no financials, no nuthin' ...just a breezy "we'll be back in a few days" PR from last week ....
