There would be a way. However, given there are no clear guidelines for the biotech industry and how the ASX delineate their criteria, I think that's old fashioned thinking.
If everything were left up to individuals contacting big institutions like the ASX to ask why they denied announcements, we would have no room for clarity on these matters as far as garnering understanding from those with actual insight into the industry.
