Was it George that said he was going to stay on until the first iron ore shipment was made? That comment gave me a huge amount of confidence in the project.
The timing of the retirement is interesting. I wonder if George stayed in the job until he helped secure possible off-take agreements or strategic partnerships, or whether those agreements were seen to be so far away that he couldn't stay on to help negotiate these agreements due to his health.
