Yes it will be interesting to see what the stock price does after the vote. If the Yes vote gets up then the risk of a No vote is removed and HDR becomes a straight arbitrage play for the few days that trading continues before the final curtain (close of trade 20th Dec at present if a yes vote is carried). I think there is a good chance that TLW and HDR will both trade a bit higher after the vote (assuming yes gets up).
So we will have the final die hards who don't want TLW scrip selling to the large arbitragers who will have their snouts in the trough at an all you can eat banquet until the plug is pulled.
