Some Good points - but the article was written 4 years ago . Since then the Graphite market has changed considerably , with lithium ion battery demand exploding (these are mostly made up of graphite ) , clean energy factories being pushed hard by Chinese government , plus better quality steel ( requiring graphite & vanadium ) also being mandated by Indian and Chinese legislation.
