First of all..God created ALL the heavens and the earth so i guess he dont need no real estate licence LOL..but on a more intillectual level...may i quote you this...

John 3 :16...For God so loved the world, that He gave his only begotten Son, that WHOSEVER believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life....

Hardly a God who hates people..He gave His only Son for us...
