That's achieving only 40% of the forecast growth. As you rightly point out not only did they miss their revenue target but the expenses were a farce.
The $4.4 million in adapt was an epic fail. 0% of the forecast growth achieved. Zero.
As if someone who knew the company's operations intimately could have provided such forecasts with good conscience.
