I could not agree more and I am starting to think that this is why Australia is not going anywhere fast and the Royal Banking Commission proves this where we have people at the Top getting paid crazy amounts of money for not even performing their jobs well while the troops on the ground like us shareholders are getting screwed constantly. I have lost over 90% of my investment here yet the ones running the show are still raking in the cash every fortnight and not being held accountable especially when forecasts are continually not met  What kind of message does this send to new investors and those like myself ?  Well my thoughts have now been stay away from the ASX particularly speccy stocks as we just cannot trust anything the CFO's say anymore and they seem to get away with everything and no one is holding them to account.
