I believe at 10% you have to declare your intentions, so will he actually breach the 10% or stay under now. Wouldn't be such a bad thing to have a Shell in the mix again then Cononco and Shell can wage a bidding war to gain operator or TO in full.. Time will tell either way we are finishing up another well any day now...
