The only way FARJOY could price manipulate is if its dumping shares in LARGE quantities creating market instability in order to buy more, its something id do if i was them. If FARJOY wanted to buy 100mill in shares they buy in 10 million lots and quickly dumping 5 million cheaply making it look like a down trend, if they are purely buying them its up to people to stop selling them cheaply.
