Yep, its food for thought.
Its good that are large investor has a solid interest and holding, and continuing to acquire and position themselves - question is if they will put it to good use if a time comes that T/O negotiations are is in play. But one never knows.
Agree. Its not to say the price wont increment upward as their is a lot of upside and IMO it will, but appears to be at a managed pace ATM.
