A post with some merit. One thing though Petrosen don't decare commerciality so doesn't matter when they want doc. Not up to them. It's up to Cairn. Also the sooner they doc the sooner Petrosen aren't free carried so a positive for Cairn. To balance things though they lose operatorship and who to. Not known for sure yet so until PE settled I don't expect DOC.
