You are probably right in that WPL are not likely to take out FAR ATM, otherwise they probably would have had a shot by now. I had a bit of look at CNE a while back and they tend to sell down and hold 20-25% of their exploration successes. So for control purposes the likely time when WPL will take a ping is when CNE are ready to sell down some of their interest thereby getting past the 60%.
This might be a new dimension to the PE saga as well assuming FAR have a backer. Hmmm
