Hi Mike I don't think Petrosen have any PE rights I believe they waived them..they don't really need it anyway as they can raise their stake from 10% to 18% if they choose at no cost other than contributing their share of costs from that point going forward.
They also have a 10% stake in the huge gas find so have their hands full IMO...
