    I've only just started taking interest in FSE because fundamentally they have some really good positives, but could someone please explain to me where the money is going to come from in regards to start-up mining costs.

    At present their cash position on hand appears to be $1.5 mill and looking at the cash burn rate things must be very tight at present.

    So who's paying??
