    To be fair Jindia I believe that the initial farm in announcement is talking about their entire portfolio not IVZ specifically.
    The latest announcement makes no mention of a CR which Catch posted.
    The latest announcement only states " finalise additional funding requirements ". To me this is simply an obvious fact. IVZ want more and they want it in a binding form.
    13 million is chicken feed.
