    BM, it looks more like an overdue rebound to me. Volumes on the retraction have been much smaller than on the rise. It appears someone(s) decided the stock was cheap enough to be back buying in volume.

    Action in block 101 is definitely a positive and bodes well for Neon getting the deal structure it wants.
