    I fail to be convinced that MEL going into a JV with this lot would be in the interests of the company or it's shareholders. I can see that it will be more trouble than it is worth. If there is to be a JV then I would hope the partner would be able to bring more than just capital eg. technical expertise,access to markets etc.
