Well that's very complimentry of you. I try not to get too excited about hype, however it has its uses.
I am not qualified at all to give out financial advice, and would certainly hate to be responsible for someone losing money after taking my advice.

What I would suggest though is that technical analysis can be tricky with small cap stocks as the lack of liquidity makes them volitile. Research the company thoroughly and check if trading volumes are up. The more colume means greater liquidity obviously.

I will take a look at the stock in question, but please don't bank on my research being right, whether I buy it or not.
