Such a move would require a lot of confidence in the well re entry. There's no guarantee it will go as planned. One downhole problem could easily blow the budget. The eventual flow rate could be non commercial.
I will be surprised if they don't move on funding before NWZ#2 results, even if its just a quick cap raising (within the 15% rule)to sophisticated investors to keep the doors open until if/when Akkar Nth.

Yes its funded, if no problems occur.
However, the company is grossly underfunded at this stage, ie, A$1.2mil cash vs US$3.5mil debt. No room for error.

Like I said, playing devils advocate, interested to counter arguments.
