my thanks for that article. Frankly Government needs to ensure our farmers have credit particularly where they can demonstrate they have a viable business. To not receive credit for other reasons such as bank liquidity is an indictment of the banking system particularly when reserve bank borrowing rates are so low. Im no expert but just my observations.
