    Hi Farmer, glad to hear you have got it behind you. Like you I have just had the prostate removed. I am sure we could compare notes on the indignities that we have endured. But in hindsight the medical and hospital staff were without exception bloody brilliant. Unsung heroes in the community.
    To all you blokes out there, make sure you get your PSA readings done regularly. Initially it is a simple blood test. The earlier it is detected the better.

    Left too late means too late. Take heed of that.

    Girls- you have done a great job with breast cancer awareness. We need your expertise to put the same program in place for prostate cancer. Generally blokes are pretty bloody hopeless with these things. I am no exception. I got lucky, my journey began by going for a new set of glasses. But that is another story.

    Farmer, like others have posted on this thread, I enjoy reading your posts. Glad to hear you are on the mend and looking forward to enjoying your humour for years to come.
