2016: a year of total disrespect for MGC's Dairy Farmers! Board and Management-through a combination of greed, stupidity (no excuse), lack of corporate governance, ignorance of China market etc- ripped the guts from its farmers through slashing farm gate prices and imposing a 5 year debt-prison sentence...and backdated to boot!
2017: Redemption Time: A New Board and CEO should immediately 100% abolish the Debt Clawback Scheme as a good corporate accounting practice, respectable corporate governance, and as 100% recognition of the importance of its lifeblood-MGC Dairy Farmers.
Without them, MGC will be little more than a reflection of a deserted dairy farm.
