farmin/jv... some thoughts...

hey guys... there is every possibility that this will be dragged out until somewhere near the end of july... why ? well they did say that for new ground, that the local government would allow 90 days for someone else to offer them a better comprehensive deal for the same tenements, and that at the end of that 90 day period if there were no better offers then the offeree gets the tenement (or words to that effect)... soooo... if whn has a farmin partner for current tenements, but this is part of an overall JV deal encompassing new ground, then the new ground cannot be signed off to them until the 90day period has passed, satisfying the local government that there r no better suitors for the new ground at this time... so there is a chance that the entire farmin/JV deal does not get sign off and hence announced, until early august at the very earliest... (may+june+july=bout90days)

they could of course announce the farmin details... but maybe they cant, if the farmin terms r dependant on new ground being signed over to their new JV...
