Guesstimate really and a pretty conservative one I reckon.
Most exploration wells carry an industry expectation of a 10% chance of success.
Given the available seismic data and general success in this scorching hot area, I figure 15% is probably on the light side.
Zero actual expertise here though so happy to be corrected by those who actually know what they're talking about.
