1. Senegal valued at $100m , pre drill
2. cash in bank ~ $29m + $9.8m = $38.8M
3. farms outs Kenya soon ... must be worth something
4. no debt, contingent liabilities or onerous financial commitments
against a market cap of $100m ...
call me silly if you like but I think a rerate might be deserved ...
