To clarify my previous post, the hold up with the PPs (CUE) was prior to the April signing of the binding agreement and the farmee was identified.
It then took two months for the reg. approvals.
This time I don't think we will have the four month wait once the farmee decides to go along with the JV, as MEO won't have to take the agreement to any third party.
