I have to agree. From a business perspective I would imagine there would have been a lot of
'pre-pres sign" negotiations taking place with result being based on Presidential sign-off. AP are in a difficult position. If they try to play hard ball and go ahead and take the risk of drilling prior to a deal their negotiating position may be much reduced if they strike. FAR will then hold all cards. I believe that AP's best bet is to reach an amicable deal prior to any drilling. They are mooted for drilling H2.
Negotiations would be well underway I'd say, if not complete.
Bring it on. Hartleys 13 Feb report is super encouraging. They adjusted their 6 month target to .11 following the signing. It is all upside. get in while you can. Volumes have dropped and I'm hoping .033 is the bottom. I don't believe all the sells stacked up in the high .03's are legit. Watch them disappear when the next run starts up.
